Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Tree home in Flagstaff, Arizona. This newly constructed property offers the perfect home base to explore the wonders of the San Francisco Peaks. Tucked away on the East side of Flagstaff, you'll enjoy close access to the Mount Elden Hiking trails, Cinder Pits, and other scenic areas, while still being just a 5-minute drive from restaurants, grocery stores, the movie theater, and Flagstaff's shopping mall.

The home features a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find a second master bedroom with a queen bed, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a work desk. Two additional guest bedrooms offer a king bed and a full bed with a twin-over-full bunk bed, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 9 guests.

Enjoy the private balcony off the guest bedroom, overlooking the front of the home. Throughout the property, you'll find essential amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and high-speed Wi-Fi. With features like an indoor fireplace, air conditioning, and ceiling fans, you'll stay comfortable no matter the season.

Our Tree home welcomes pets and allows for long-term stays. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. An additional fee applies for pets, and a deep cleaning fee will be charged for stays of 10 nights or longer. If any advertised amenity is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation. A late departure fine of $35 per every 15 minutes will also apply.
