The layout is designed for relaxation and ease. The cottage features two bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, and two bathrooms. Downstairs, you will find a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area with a large table that seats four. The cosy living room is a highlight of the home, featuring two comfortable reclining sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a rustic log-burning stove, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. For added convenience, a boot room by the front door houses a washing machine and tumble dryer and can be used to sleep dogs.

Upstairs, the large primary bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with an en-suite shower room featuring a large walk-in shower. Guests can step out onto a romantic private balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the surrounding treetops. The second bedroom provides a comfortable king-size bed, beautiful views of the woods and countryside walks, and a small desk area for those needing to catch up on work.

Outside, guests have access to a shared courtyard complete with a partly covered dining area, BBQ, and twinkling outdoor lights. Parking is conveniently available right next to the cottage with room for at least two cars.

Located in Aberdeenshire, the cottage is just a 10-minute drive from the town of Inverurie and less than 3 miles from the center of Inverurie, known as the Heart of The Garioch. The luxurious Thainstone House Hotel, with its spa, gym, and restaurants, is just a short walk away via a private path. For further travel, the city of Aberdeen is 15 miles away, and Aberdeen International Airport is approximately 10 miles from the property. Local transport is accessible via a nearby bus stop on the A96 and train stations in Inverurie and Kintore.
