Pets are welcome to join you on your vacation. Because the apartment is located in the elevated Mojon Hills, we strongly recommend having your own car, as walking up the incline with heavy luggage can be difficult. All the accommodations we offer are owned by private individuals. They share their homes with others who want the opportunity to spend a vacation in a home environment, and we therefore ask you to take good care of their homes. For everyone's convenience, there are certain house rules. Please read them and respect the owners' wishes: • No more people may stay in the home than stated in the booking and registered by you. • Leave the place in good condition. Put all trash in the dedicated trash cans. • If the residence has a BBQ grill, it must be cleaned if used. If it is left in a dirty condition, there is an additional cost of 20 euros for extra cleaning. • Smoking is prohibited inside the residence. You can smoke on the balcony or terrace with the doors closed. • No pets or animals are allowed in the home. If you want to bring your pet, please contact us. • Towels from the residence may not be taken to the shared pool or the beach. • The area is quiet and peaceful; loud parties or loud music are not allowed. • If there is access to a pool – always shower before going into the pool and follow the rules on the signs (otherwise the pool will be damaged by sunscreen or body lotion, etc.). • All awnings, parasols and soft roofs should be rolled up during the night or when there is strong wind. • Replace items that break and inform us of what has happened. • If there is a barbecue, always clean the barbecue after use. If the grill is dirty upon departure, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. • The air conditioner has a separate meter for prepaid cards. This means that, when you check in, you can buy a card from us, for a value of €10 or €20, to use the air conditioning (hot and/or cold).
