Must sign rental agreement upon booking and provide picture of ID. Our property takes a $300 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure. All issues will be addressed as soon as possible. Our cleaning fee covers our cleaners fee and supplies. We have excellent professional cleaners that work very hard to make sure you have a quality stay. Security deposit of $300 is required. Pest Control is scheduled on the 1st Wednesday of March, June , September and December. Guests staying these days are required to allow access and may be asked to step out of the unit while they perform the service.
No Smoking, Smoking is grounds for immediate eviction, $300 fine, and no refund to remaining stay. No Pets are allowed anywhere in the condo complex per the resorts policy. Bringing Pet/s is grounds for immediate eviction, $300 fine, and no refund to remaining stay. Third party trip insurance is strongly recommended. Minimum age requirement to book is 25. Tennant is responsible for any damage and will be billed accordingly. Missing linens will be charged to guest. Trash must be disposed of in onsite dumpster or trash chute. There is a $50 a day penalty for any trash left outside unit or on balcony. All guests must be disclosed, and ID provided. There is no daily housekeeping service. All exemptions to the rule should be in writing. Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. The condo will be cleaned and working condition. If any issues arise, we will work quickly to resolve them. No refund will be given for issues outside of our control or that are fixed in a timely manner. The condo is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. All guests are to conduct themselves in a civilized manner. No excessive noise, complaints will be enforced by eviction. All condo association rules must be followed. If you are evicted by the condo association no refund will be given. No refunds will be given for weather, acts of god, family emergencies, work ect… Fireworks are prohibited on the entire property. Nothing can be hung or thrown from the balcony. Parking passes (2) and access bands(12) will be left in the unit. Tv accounts should be logged out and TV left in a default condition. Balcony doors and windows will be kept closed when not in use. In the event of weather, they will remain closed to prevent water from getting into the unit. For you security use the interior door latch when you are occupying the unit.
