• Property Note: This home is one of three individual residences on a large, shared, fenced lot. Privacy fences are installed between the homes to ensure seclusion.
• Winter Travel: Flagstaff averages 60 inches of snow annually from November to June. AWD vehicles or tire chains are highly recommended. While the driveway and front walk are shoveled after storms, guests should be prepared for slippery conditions and monitor Az511 for road updates.
