Parking: Guest have at least 3 Parking spaces in front of the house on the Concrete Pad and Gravel. Please do not Block the Driveway. The owner may occasionally use the guest house in the back to visit the beach. Additional parking in available between the white lines on First Street. NO street parking allowed

All Doors to the main house are the same Code

There is an Outside Shower with Hot and Cold water Behind the Gate on the Left side of the house as well as FOUR hose bibs, PLEASE RINSE OFF SAND OUTSIDE. Do NOT Rinse sand off inside.

Please shake off sandy Towels Outside

TV’s - There is Basic Cable in the Living Room, all other TVs are hard wired to the internet for Streaming your favorite apps. Please use your logins to watch and make sure to Log out before you leave.

Rooftop Deck; Children under 14 years old should not be up on the deck without an Adult. There is a bike lock in the drawer of the wet bar if parents need to lock the gate with small children during your stay.

DO NOT step on the Cable railings on the front Decks for any reason. This is a very expensive fix and guest will be charged for damage at a min of $1500 to repair

The wet bar in the master has a Trash Can to easily dispose of any trash while enjoying the decks as well as have some cool drinks or coffee to enjoy!

This is a Residential Area and all noise should be brought inside after 10pm

Absolutely No smoking in the house. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground, please discard properly

Filtered water is just inside the refrigerator door on the left, Ice is in the Freezer top Drawer

Pack and Play is in the Master Closet if needed. Please use the mattress protector and sheet.

Please start a load of 6-8 towels and the Dishwasher before you leave. This helps keep cleaning cost down for all guest. Do not overfill the washing machine, this is counter productive.

There is a twin air mattress in the TV Console as well a blanket and pillow if you need an extra bed. If you use the couch as a bed, please put a sheet down on the sofa which is also under the TV console.

If you are there on Sunday or Wednesday, please roll the trash can to the street in the evening for a Monday or Thursday pickup. There is not a Recycle bin due to guest mixing the trash with it.

No Pets Allowed in the home

Feel free to use Beach Chairs and towels. Please hang the chairs outside and do take Beach towels home with you.

Please do not rearrange the Furniture.

Leave Fan Remotes Attached to the wall to control the light and fan speed

Do not open Windows, First they are double hung and absolute pain to re-lock. Second, this is Florida and the moisture is what causes mildew and a musty beach house.

Please do not unplug and electronics. If you need help on how to use, don’t hesitate to text or call.

The Kitchen should have everything you need, most small appliances are in the corner cabinet or pantry

There is a foldable High Chair that is stored in the closet under the stairs and is in black bag.

The front door will automatically lock if the the lever on the inside is pointing straight up, you can keep it unlocked it by turning it to the right but please lock anytime you leave the home.
