Perfectly designed as a spacious retreat for up to 12 guests, the upper level of this beautiful property boasts captivating vistas from the bedrooms and living area. Whether you are seeking a lakeside escape or a cozy winter getaway, your dream vacation starts here in Richmond Heights.

This expansive home is configured with 6 bedrooms and 6 beds, serviced by 2 modern bathrooms with separate toilets for added convenience. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels: upstairs guests can relax in a king-sized bed, a queen, and a king single with a trundler, while the downstairs area offers a queen bed, two singles, and a cosy room with two single bunks. The upstairs bathroom features a spa bath, perfect for melting away the stress of the day, and the entire home enjoys unlimited gas-powered hot water.

Designed for ultimate comfort, the home is exceptionally equipped for winter stays. Guests will find two heat pumps located in the main living area and the downstairs twin bedroom, complemented by gas heaters in both the upstairs and downstairs hallways. For added warmth, all beds are fitted with luxurious goose feather duvets and additional blankets, while portable electric heaters can be moved to any room as needed.

The heart of the home is the spacious upstairs lounge with a Smart TV, which opens onto a deck for sunshine and 'al fresco' dinners prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a fully fenced backyard provides a safe space for children to play, and guests have access to off-street parking and a roomy garage for vehicles, bikes, or gear.

Located in a convenient neighborhood, the home is just a leisurely 5-minute walk from a local corner store, bottle shop, and fish and chips shop. A stroll down the hill leads to the tranquil shores of Lake Taupō and the 'Two Mile Bay Sailing Club', where you can enjoy pizza and drinks with stunning views.
