The sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility and privacy: the primary suite serves as a luxury retreat with vaulted ceilings and a king bed, while a second inviting bedroom offers a queen bed. For groups and families, the bunk room is equipped with two full beds (including one trundle) and a twin bed. Additionally, the upstairs loft provides a versatile space with two twin beds, perfect for children or extra guests.

Inside, the home is built for gathering. The open-concept living area features a large sectional sofa, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV, creating an ideal spot for movie nights. The modern, bright kitchen is fully equipped for everything from big breakfasts to après-ski dinners, complemented by a dining area that seats eight and extra room at the kitchen bar. Room-specific highlights include a primary ensuite with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in closet, as well as a convenient laundry room.

Outside, you can melt away sore ski legs in the private hot tub, the ultimate spot for stargazing under the crisp mountain sky. The driveway provides parking for two vehicles, though please note that garage access is not available.

Located just a 3-minute drive from the Warm Springs Lift and downtown Ketchum, and only 6 minutes from Sun Valley Resort, you have quick access to the best runs, restaurants, and après spots. For a stress-free experience, the free Mountain Rides shuttle stops just a few doors down, taking you and your gear straight to the lifts.
