Escape to a cozy, rustic sanctuary in Sundance, Utah, where this unique cottage offers a delightful step back in time that will make you feel like Goldilocks. Nestled at the end of a private and heavily wooded road, the property opens up to a vast meadow home to birds, wildlife, pollinators, and colorful flowers, providing a wonderful setting for family and friends to gather in nature.
The home is designed for shared experiences and relaxation. The main floor features a quaint little bathroom with a shower and a small but well-stocked kitchen. The living room is an inviting space for unwinding, equipped with lazyboy recliners, a classic 1970s couch, and a wood-burning stove—with chopped firewood and kindling provided—to keep you warm. An attached large family room serves as a hub for entertainment with a cabinet full of books and games, leading directly to the deck where you can overlook a rushing stream and enjoy the hot tub.
Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to accommodate groups. The layout includes 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, though the upstairs is a dedicated sleeping sanctuary featuring one queen sleep area, a bedroom with a king bed and rocking chair (crib available if needed), and a unique bunk area with six twin beds. Please note that these upstairs areas are not separated by doors. Additionally, the downstairs family room provides a twin-size day bed for extra flexibility. This allows the cottage to comfortably host up to 11 guests.
Located just a five-minute drive from Sundance Resort, guests have quick access to a wealth of activities including skiing, snowboarding, flyfishing, ziplining, horseback riding, and hiking, as well as an art studio, live music, and various restaurants.
