This inviting retreat is perched at the bottom of a sturdy metal staircase, leading you through a serene meadow where the sounds of a year-round flowing stream set a peaceful tone for your stay.

Designed for comfort and style, the home features a layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 8 guests. The main level includes a bedroom with a queen bed and access to the hall bathroom. The upstairs area, which does not have a door, offers a second queen bed along with cozy couches tucked into nooks for chilling. Please be aware that the stairs leading to the upstairs room are steeper than usual, so guests must watch their step.

Inside, you will find a modern and polished kitchen complete with a coffee bar and a solid wood dining table, alongside a hang out worthy living room adorned with upscale mountain décor. The property is surrounded by plentiful outdoor space, including a deck perfect for observing wildlife and pollinators, and a private hot tub just a few steps away where you can soak while watching snowflakes fall.

Located just a five-minute drive from Sundance Resort, guests have quick access to a wealth of activities including skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. The resort also offers restaurants, live music, an art studio, a gift shop, a spa, and horseback riding.

• Winter Access: From November to April, vehicles must have 4WD, AWD, or chains
• Seasonal Access: Driving straight to the front door is possible only from May to October with 4-wheel drive
• Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited (Minimum fee of $500)
• Pets: Allowed (ensure fees are paid to avoid a minimum $250 fine per animal)
• Septic: Sensitive mountain system; flush only toilet paper
• Hot Tub: Use good judgement to avoid overflow charges
• Conduct: Guests are expected to respect the property and neighbors
• Refunds: No refunds for early departure or events out of host control, including weather
