The layout is optimized for a peaceful escape, accommodating up to 4 guests. Inside, you will find two smart televisions for chilling out; the bedroom TV includes DISH Network programming, while the living room TV is discreetly hidden in an armoire alongside a selection of games.

While the property does not have a full-size kitchen, the convenient kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle, and a small bar sink, with serving ware provided for your convenience. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the suite includes two private outside decks featuring propane gas fireplace pit tables, as well as an outside BBQ propane grill.

Additional private amenities located approximately 30 yards away at the main house include a hot tub and an outdoor shower for your exclusive use.

• Winter Access: From November through April, AWD, 4WD, or chains are required due to mountain conditions.
• Septic Care: Use the sensitive mountain septic system carefully; flush only toilet paper.
• Hot Tub: Please use good judgment to avoid overflowing the tub to prevent refill charges.
• Policies: No refunds are provided for early departures or events beyond the host's control, including weather.
