The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the distinct architecture of the property, which includes a unique A-frame section and a west wing. The interior is designed to offer modern comfort while maintaining its signature rustic charm.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, with an oversized lot and a large yard that provides ample space for exploration. Two spacious decks offer the perfect setting for sipping morning coffee or hosting evening BBQs while surrounded by the serene forest landscape.

Located in a prime area for nature lovers, the chalet is situated near world-famous hiking trails, including the stunning Fossil Creek and Tonto Bridge. While the setting feels wonderfully secluded, a variety of great local restaurants and shops are located just a few miles away, providing easy access to the best of the area.

To maintain the tranquility and safety of the home, guests are asked to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Pets are welcome, but dogs must remain exclusively on the west side of the home and are not permitted in the A-frame section or on the beds. Failure to follow these rules results in an additional $199 cleaning fee.
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind due to extreme forest fire danger. Indoor smoking will incur a cleaning fee of $500 or the cost of remediation, whichever is greater.
• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM.
• Do not feed the local elk; they are wild animals and can be dangerous to guests and unsupervised pets.
• Please use toilets for all waste; Gila County regulations impose a $1,000 fine for relieving oneself in the yard, which will be passed to the guest.
• The home uses a septic system; do not flush sanitary wipes and please scrape food waste into bins before using the garbage disposal.
• Air conditioning is managed via mini-split units; please ensure doors are closed and note that heat and A/C cannot run simultaneously on the same side of the house.
• Two green waste management bins are provided for all refuse, as there are currently no recycling options in Strawberry.

Please ensure the total number of guests and pets are correctly specified at the time of booking to comply with county ordinances and avoid additional fees or eviction.
