• Air Conditioning: To prevent HVAC coils from freezing, please do not set the thermostat below 72°F; service calls for this may be charged to the guest.
• Community Rules: Pool and spa hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Glass containers are prohibited in pool areas.
• Additional Notes: The ice maker is not available. TVs are for streaming only (no local cable). Community mailboxes may not be used by guests.
