TEEPEE RULES Below are a few rules and guidelines we ask all our guests to follow in order to maintain a comfortable environment for you and for future guests.

Cleanliness – As a courtesy, please remove your shoes/boots while in the teepee, especially on the rugs. Also, be respectful with the furniture and provided items.

Water Areas – There is no lifeguard on duty. Children and pets need supervision at all times. If visiting the fishing pond, please be aware that swimming is not allowed, and there is absolutely no diving allowed! The ponds are too shallow.

Interior Fire Pits and Fireplace The black fireplace is there for your comfort during cooler weather. There is a panel door on the front of the fireplace with a knob to control the temperature. Turn the dial COUNTER CLOCKWISE to increase the temperature. It can be left on all night if needed. DO NOT leave the light gray interior fire pit on during the night. Doing so is a fire danger as blankets or clothing can catch on fire. Please turn off flames and lower the temperature of the fireplace when you leave the teepee during the day.

Air Conditioner There is an AC unit that is there for your comfort as the weather warms up. The temperature and power buttons are on the top of the unit.

Toilets Be mindful that our restroom utilize a septic tank. DO NOT put paper towels, baby wipes, or feminine sanitary items down the toilet. Doing so will cause the system to backup.

Smoking All smoking is prohibited inside the teepee at all times.

Pets Pets of any/all kinds are not allowed inside the teepee or on any furniture or beds at any time, unless they are kenneled, and a pet fee is paid. If you have a pet, please be kind and clean up their waste. If there is excessive pet hair or pet accidents inside the teepee you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Neighboring teepees and camp areas Please be respectful to other teepee guests and don’t walk through other camping areas. Keep noise levels low, especially at night, for everyone’s comfort.

Hunting Unless you have received written consent by the property owners, NO HUNTING of any kind is allowed on the property. Due to the nature of the teepee village, firearms are also strictly prohibited.

Trees and Wildlife DO NOT cut down any trees or plants, and DO NOT remove/cut or otherwise damage fences or property markers. Be aware that you are in a wilderness area so watch out for dangerous wildlife. Make sure you don’t leave food outside at any time that will encourage wildlife closer to the teepee.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS We hope that you enjoyed your stay with us! Please follow all the check-out instructions detailed below.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM the day of your scheduled departure

Teepee Items- Please make sure all things used in the teepee, bathroom and deck/cooking area clean and returned to their proper place. Make sure BBQ grill/griddle has been scraped clean if used, and all of the propane tanks are turned off. Turn off all lights and check to see all faucets are turned off. Securely shut the door to the teepee before leaving.

Fire pits- Make sure the fire pits are turned off, and the black fireplace is turned down to 1 on the dial.

Laundry- Please place used towels and cloths only, in the hamper in the bathroom. Take the used sheets and blankets off the beds and place them on the floor at the foot of the beds before leaving. Do not remove the mattress covers from the beds. Fold bedspreads nicely and lay on the beds.

Bathroom, Deck, Kitchen/Cooking area- Make sure all items are clean and returned to their proper place, everything is turned off, and all dishes are cleaned and towel dried and put away.

Garbage- Please remove all trash from the teepee, including the bathroom trash, and place it in the outside bin with the lid securely fastened.

Guest belongings- Please make sure that you have all your personal belongings. Check to see that all your personal towels, pillows, etc. are separated from those provided by the teepee.
