Designed for relaxation and group gatherings, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The main level is home to the master bedroom, which boasts a king-sized bed, a walk-through wardrobe, and a private ensuite with a shower. The lower level contains three additional bedrooms; two of these include built-in wardrobes and private balconies with outdoor seating and stunning lake views. Bedding configurations are flexible, featuring a mix of king beds and split king beds that can be converted into singles to suit families or friends, with a futon sofa bed in the second bedroom available for a ninth guest upon request.

The interior is characterized by a bright, airy feel with modern, comfortable furnishings and extra high ceilings that enhance the sense of spaciousness. Floor-to-ceiling windows effortlessly blend the indoor comfort of the open-plan layout with the breathtaking outdoor scenery. In the living area, you can cosy up on an oversized couch in front of the 65-inch Smart TV or enjoy a selection of books, puzzles, and games. To ensure year-round comfort, the home is equipped with a log burner and a heat pump air conditioning unit.

• Minimum Stay: 3 nights year-round; 4-7 nights during peak periods
• Additional Fees: A departure clean fee of NZ$400 applies. A ninth guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed for NZ$50 per night with prior arrangement.

Please note that there is a separate self-contained unit on the ground level with its own access; the main four-bedroom house remains private and not shared.
