About Property

Discover the perfect combination of peace, quality, and experience at Villa Lux A, where Lapland nature meets modern comfort in Kittilä. This luxury villa is a stylish sanctuary designed for those who appreciate functional spaces and easy access to the renowned slopes and services of Levi.

Completed in 2024, this 130m² residence is situated on the southern slopes of Levi, perched on the edge of the forest. Its prime location puts you just a few hundred meters from the slopes, making it an ideal retreat for avid skiers or anyone seeking the serene quiet of nature.

The villa is thoughtfully arranged across three levels. The middle floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a kitchen and living area designed for gathering with family and friends. Breathtaking views of the surrounding fell landscape are framed by large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a magnificent backdrop while you relax by the fireplace. This floor also hosts two separate bedrooms, each featuring a double bed and closet space, along with a fully equipped bathroom in the hallway.

For additional guests, the upstairs loft provides sleeping arrangements for four people, consisting of two single beds and a sofa bed. This cozy space also includes a TV and PlayStation for entertainment. The lower level is dedicated to leisure and wellness, featuring a recreation room perfect for an evening of billiards. To unwind after an active day in the snow, guests can enjoy the private sauna area and hot tub. A separate toilet is also conveniently located downstairs.

Villa Lux A is an excellent choice for families, couples, or larger groups. Because it is a semi-detached villa, there is the flexibility to rent both sides, with access to the other half of the house located through the living room.

Located in the heart of Lapland, the villa is positioned for convenience: the nearest grocery store is 3.7 km away, Water World Levi is 6 km away, the Levi Center is 6.1 km away, and Kittilä airport is 9.5 km from the property.
