The home features 1 bedroom with a high-end latex foam King Bed, 1 bathroom with a stand-up tiled shower, and a versatile fold-down futon couch in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The interior boasts a delightful open layout encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. One of the standout features is the roll-up door in the living area, which opens to invite the outdoors in, leading to a private patio and yard area furnished with two large Adirondack chairs and a gas grill.

For those bringing gear, the attached garage provides a secure place for storage and maintenance, including a 220V RV-style outlet for electric vehicle (EV) charging (guests must provide their own cords). A washer and dryer are also located in the garage.

Located just a few blocks from downtown Flagstaff, the historic business district, and iconic Route 66, this quiet home is perfectly positioned for exploration.
