House Rules:
- Inventory and damages
We ask you to handle our inventory with care and to only put used dishes in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Damage to furniture and furnishings occurs and is often easy to repair. Please inform us immediately of any damage that has occurred.
- Volume and quiet times
Please be considerate of our neighborhood and keep the volume in the apartment at a reasonable level, especially with regard to the volume of music or TV. The general quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm.
- Visitors
Your visitors are welcome in our holiday apartment for short periods of time at any time. However, it is not allowed to let unregistered guests stay in the apartment. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in good time so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly.
- Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire property.
Smoking is only allowed in the completely open outdoor area. Please keep doors and windows closed so that no smoke enters the house.
If there is nevertheless a smell of smoke in the accommodation, we will have to charge for the resulting special cleaning costs (e.g., ozone treatment).
- Pets
Pets are very welcome in our holiday apartment. The number is limited to max. 2. However, please be sure to report any damage caused by your pet to us.
- Security and valuables
Always close all windows and the front door before leaving the apartment and be sure to turn off the electronic devices. We do not assume any liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.
- Cleaning
The thorough final cleaning of the apartment will be carried out by our cleaning service after your departure as agreed. However, we would like to ask you to remove major messes in advance and to leave the apartment swept clean on departure.
- Environment
The environment is important to us, and hopefully to you as well. Therefore, please turn off the lights and all technical devices when they are not needed. Saving water also helps nature. Thank you.
- Candlelight
Lighting candles is not allowed in our vacation home. For a cozy atmosphere, the fireplace in the living room may be used with appropriate care.
- Noise prevention
Decibel meters are installed on the property that measure only the volume – not conversations or content. Your privacy remains protected. The devices may not be removed, covered or tampered with. If a request is made to reduce the volume, it must be complied with immediately. The noise level must not exceed 60 decibels at any time, both inside and outside the accommodation.
In the event of disregard and failure to comply with repeated requests, we reserve the right to terminate the stay in extreme cases. We ask for your understanding and respect for our neighborhood.
- Electric car charging
Charging electric cars via the cottage's normal power grid is not permitted.
Please use only the designated electric charging station next to the front door.
Billing is in cash and on a trust basis. Please calculate the electricity used at €0.50 per kilowatt-hour and leave the corresponding amount at the property before departure.

Important note about the hot tub: Please make sure that the hot tub is at least half full before use and in any case filled with water above the heater's inlet pipe. The water may only be drained once the stove is completely extinguished and has cooled down.
Important note about the swimming pool: Please note that the swimming pool is not fenced and therefore poses an increased safety risk, especially for children and non-swimmers. We kindly ask you to exercise special caution at all times and never allow children to play unattended by the pool.
