1. No Un-Registered Guests may enter property at any time. The primary guest must be present and supervise all other guests at the property. The total number of guests must be pre-approved. Host reserves the right to deny access to any guests with bad host reviews, no reviews, or unwillingness to follow all house rules.

5. No Changing of Locks
6. We can accommodate 12 vehicles max. Do not park in front of the neighbors' home
7. Usage of Utilities must be appropriate and within guidelines
8. No Illegal Substances!! No weed!
9. Remove Shoes When Inside Home
10. No Eating or Drinking in the Bedrooms
11. Furniture is Not to Be Re-Arranged
12. No Smoking, Vaping, inside or in garage.
13. Check Out On Time: 10am. Late fee of $100 per hour.
14. Early Check-In or Late Check Out May Be Permitted for a fee. Please try to contact host in advance if needed.
15. Guest Agrees To Pay for Damages Exceeding Deposit.
16. Be Kind to Garbage Disposal. No grease down drain.
17. House has 4 garage parking spaces and 4 driveway spaces in front of garage.
18. Respect Towels & Sheets
19. Additional Cleaning is an Extra Charge
20. No Pets
21. Quiet Time: 10pm-8am. Noise monitoring is utilized by NoiseAware.
22. No illegal activity; no illegal wifi downloads, transmission, or excessive internet usage that violates ISP policies or incur excessive usage penalties.
23. If property has bad odor after the stay from pets / smoking or any other source, guests agree to pay damage fee of a minimum of $250 for cleaning and ozone treatment.
24. No Pets! Only registered service animals are permitted and must be disclosed. Violation of pet rule will incur additional fee of $100 per night per pet plus any cleaning or damages.
25. Please take out trash at departure.
26. Guest pays for shipping and handling to return any left behind items or may pick up.

Notice: There are 2 actively recording cameras at the front door and back porch which records video and audio. There is also 2 smart home devices in the hallways which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video. All cameras are on the exterior of the property.
