AH XOK policies Accommodation Rules

• Check-in: 15:00 PM • Check: 12:00 • Late Check-out subject to availability and request I charge $500 pesos from 12:00 to 15:00pm. • Early check-in subject to availability and request I charge $500 pesos. • Children of any age can be accommodated. • No party or events • Room towels are not allowed to leave the Hotel • Request use of towels outside the hotel, they must leave a deposit of $500 • If towels are lost, you will be charged at an extra $500 per towel. • Hurry, stay quiet from 11pm to 7am • Minimum age to check in: 18 • Visits are from 7:00 AM to 10: 00 PM. • Extra person not included in the reservation has a charge of $450 per night • Visits will need to be registered at the Reception. • Absolutely no smoking in the bedrooms • Pool hours are from 8am to 11pm. • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool. • Walking on the edges of the pool is prohibited. • In case of damage to the suites, the guest must pay the amount specified for the property. • Please check that the front door is properly closed. Payouts/Fees • Payments are accepted for now, cash in Mexican currency and dollars. Credit and debit card • We reserve the right to temporarily charge an amount before check in • The prices of the rooms change according to the season.
