About Property

Discover a paradise of relaxation at Villa Marguerite, a beautifully renovated 2024 retreat located within the secure park of Orient Bay in Collectivité de Saint-Martin. This stunning holiday home is designed for a successful vacation, offering a breathtaking sea view and a serene atmosphere perfect for families or groups of friends.

Designed across two levels, the villa features a thoughtfully planned layout. The ground floor boasts a welcoming living room with an open-plan American kitchen, leading to a shaded terrace and a private heated swimming pool complete with sun loungers. This level includes three bedrooms, each featuring a king size bed (1.80m) and an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet; one of these bedrooms opens directly onto the terrace for seamless access to the sea and pool views. A convenient guest toilet is also located on this floor. Upstairs, you will find a private sea view bedroom, also equipped with a king size bed (1.80m) and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside, the property offers two distinct leisure areas: a sea view terrace with the heated pool and a second terrace at the back of the house featuring a jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen. To ensure a seamless experience, the home includes two outdoor showers and a very useful cistern to compensate for any potential water cuts.

Located inside the village of Orient Bay, the villa is just a 12-minute walk from the beach. The surrounding private park is one of the most popular tourist sites in Saint-Martin, renowned for its beautiful environment, diverse activities, and vibrant beach bars and restaurants. The park is guarded 24/7 by security teams and video surveillance. Guests can enjoy world-class water sports like jet skiing and kite surfing, or visit the nearby small supermarket, bakery, and shops. A concierge team is available throughout your stay to provide local recommendations and assist with requests.
