The well-designed kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge (no freezer) and a coffee pot to handle your basic needs. Guests will find a quirky charm in the bathroom, which features a unique sloping ceiling; those who are taller should be mindful of this architectural detail when using the shower.

Located in the heart of downtown Flagstaff, you are just a couple of blocks from the shopping district and dozens of local restaurants and bars. The property is conveniently situated within a few blocks of Thorpe Park, Lowell Observatory, and the urban trails, making it an excellent base for excursions to the Snowbowl Ski Area or the Grand Canyon.

As this is a historic split home shared with other apartment units, please be aware that noise may carry. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Additionally, as a second-floor unit, stairs are required for access.

To keep you comfortable across the seasons, the home utilizes a great radiant heating system in the winter supplemented by portable units. During hotter summer months, window or portable air conditioning systems and fans can be supplied.
