For additional space, the home includes a basement featuring a large recreation room and a laundry room.

Location is everything at this property. Guests can walk directly from their own backyard onto beautiful hiking trails. You can venture from the back door to the local favorite known as Smith's lookout to view the cross on the hill and gaze over the ocean and the entirety of Twillingate. Alternatively, a stroll will lead you down to the stunning Snellings Cove, where you can explore the beach and endless fields of berries. Because the home is centrally located, you are within walking distance of the heart of Twillingate, including nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and bars. Please note that the property is situated up a fairly steep hill, which is an important consideration for those planning to walk.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Pets are permitted; however, they must be disclosed at the time of booking and a fee applies. To ensure a peaceful stay for all, there are strict house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, and the number of guests must not exceed the amount specified on the reservation.

Regarding cancellations, a full refund is available if cancelled prior to 7 days before your check-in. No refund will be issued if cancelled within 7 days or less of the check-in date.
