As part of your stay at MVP Vacation Homes, we kindly remind you that by booking with us, you have already agreed to our house rules as outlined in the rental agreement. For your convenience, here are some key rules to keep in mind:

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent a property.

No Parties or Events: This includes bachelor or bachelorette parties. Our properties are meant to be enjoyed in a peaceful manner.

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pet Policy: No pets or visitors' pets are allowed onsite unless the property is designated as pet-friendly. All pets must be approved by management. There will be a $1,500 fine for any guests bringing pets to a non pet-friendly property.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors.

Rental Agreement: Upon reservation confirmation, the guest must sign the rental agreement provided by MVP before the expected check-in date and time.

Cleaning Fee and Damage Waiver: Please be aware that Airbnb has streamlined our pricing structure by consolidating our cleaning fee and damage waiver fee into a single unified charge. This combined fee covers both the cost of professional cleaning services after your stay and includes a damage waiver, which provides coverage for unintentional damages up to a specified limit. By proceeding with your reservation through MVP Vacation Homes, you acknowledge and accept this combined fee arrangement.
