To ensure comfort and privacy, the adult rooms are positioned off the sides of the house, while the bunk rooms are located in the middle. The home is completed by 2 bathrooms, providing ample facilities for your party.

Culburra Beach is a sleepy seaside town and fishing village, providing a serene atmosphere for your getaway. Located just 15 minutes east of Nowra and approximately 3 hours from Sydney, the area is a popular destination for surfing, fishing, and kayaking. Guests have access to two great lakes, a headland, and a lighthouse, as well as the famous Culburra Beach and Warrain Beach. The region is also renowned for its excellent oysters, shrimp, and prawns.

• Pets: Allowed (must stay off beds/furniture; owners must clean up after pets)

• Noise: This is not a party house. No parties or music past 9:00 PM to respect permanent neighbours
• Linen: Optional extra cost for sheets, towels, and pillowcases (otherwise, guests may bring their own to reduce cleaning costs)
