Designed for groups and families, the home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout is thoughtfully divided across two levels. The first floor features a main living room, a kitchen with three bar stools, and a dining area that seats eight. This level also hosts the master bedroom, which includes a king bed, a gas fireplace, a full bath with a tub, a walk-in shower, a separate toilet room, and direct back porch access. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and a convenient hallway half-bath complete the first floor.

On the second floor, you will find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a second guest bedroom also featuring a queen bed. The level includes a hallway full bath with a shower/tub combo and a quiet office nook overlooking the living room below. For entertainment, the second floor boasts a game room equipped with a bunk bed (twin beds), a gas fireplace, and a variety of fun options including an Xbox, Wii, foosball table, game table, record player, sound system, and DVD player.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The fenced-in back porch provides a relaxing space with seating, a fire table, and a grill. Beyond the porch, guests have access to a fully fenced one-acre yard and a private hot tub for soaking in the mountain air.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (additional pet fee applies). We follow an "All Four on the Floor" policy; pets must remain off all furniture and bedding. Please be aware that local foxtail plants can be harmful to pets; we recommend checking your pet's paws and fur after outdoor activities.
• Hot Tub: Guests must shower before entry to keep the water balanced. A $100 fee applies if the spa is left dirty and requires draining/refilling.
• Restrictions: No smoking ($500 fine), no parties, and no outside fires except for the provided gas firepit ($500 fine).
• Policies: Late check-outs incur a fee of $30 for every 15 minutes past the deadline. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of damaged items plus a $25 fee. The garage and one supply closet are reserved for the owner and are not accessible to guests.
