We want to ensure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible, and in that spirit, we'd like to share some important information with you.

Regrettably, our current reservation software occasionally misrepresents the charges for reservations with a third guest. To maintain transparency, we want to clarify that there is a nominal fee of USD7 per night for the third guest. While we are actively working to resolve this software issue, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation in settling the additional fee for the third guest during your check-in.

In our efforts to create a harmonious and secure environment for all our guests, we've established a few guidelines:

1. Automatic Door Lock: Please note that the apartment door locks automatically. Avoid using the handle lock when leaving, as it cannot be opened from the outside. Requiring a spare key incurs a USD$50 cost and a 90 minute wait, and between 10pm and 8am, access to the spare key may not be possible.

2. Smoking and Substance Use: Smoking and the consumption of drugs or any narcotics are strictly prohibited within the apartment.

3. Pets:, we can accommodate some pets with a fee.

4. Lost Items: We cannot assume responsibility for any lost or forgotten items during your stay.

5. Parties, Events, and Visitors: We kindly request that parties, events, and additional visitors be refrained from during your stay.

6. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, especially between 9pm and 9am on the following day, we kindly request maintaining quiet and discretion.

7. Identification: During check-in, we will request identification such as a passport or identification document for security purposes only.

We understand that rules can sometimes seem burdensome, but these guidelines are in place to preserve the property, protect the safety and comfort of all our guests, and maintain a positive atmosphere for everyone. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
