About Property

Discover the ultimate oceanfront retreat at the Rowley Shore Seaside Home, a picturesque sanctuary nestled in the quaint village of Lanesville in Gloucester. Experience the magic of America’s Oldest Seaport from this newly remodeled home, where stunning views of Ipswich Bay create a serene backdrop for your getaway.

Designed for versatility and comfort, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The main floor welcomes you with a modern, open-concept living space comprising a dining area, a living room for entertainment, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals. This level hosts two bedrooms: one featuring a memory foam king bed and another with a full bed and a dedicated desk for those needing a remote workspace. A newly remodeled bathroom with a beautiful walk-in tiled shower and a convenient washer/dryer complete the main level.

For added privacy, the lower level offers two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a full bed. These rooms are adjoined but uniquely accessible via a separate front door or a back entrance around the corner from the deck, making it a perfect setup for two families or older children seeking their own space. One of these bedrooms includes its own full bathroom.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Step through the sliding glass doors onto a large deck equipped with a dining area for eight, sun loungers, and a BBQ for grilling. Relax on the lower-level hanging swing and enjoy unobstructed ocean views or refresh yourself in the private outdoor shower after a day of exploration. The property is surrounded by a beautifully maintained yard and offers the rare luxury of four on-site parking spaces, including an EV charger.

Located in a quiet seaside neighborhood, you are only a quarter-mile from Plum Cove Beach and a half-mile from Lanes Cove. Downtown Gloucester is just a 10-minute ride away, allowing you to easily explore the local charm.
