Tucked into Kachina Village among the ponderosa pines, this thoughtfully built casita invites you to unwind, explore, and reconnect with what matters most in a peaceful, welcoming neighborhood.

This intimate 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The private bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with soothing views of the surrounding pine trees. For additional guests, the living area includes a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement for families, couples, or solo travelers.

Inside, you will find an open floor plan optimized for ultimate comfort. The living space is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV and a Sony soundbar for streaming your favorite shows. The home features double-pane windows to ensure quiet and is kept comfortable year-round via wall-mounted mini-split units for heating and cooling, complemented by ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room.

The full kitchen is a highlight for passionate cooks and coffee lovers, featuring a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and tea kettle. While the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and essentials, please note there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal. A large kitchen table serves as both a dining area and a convenient workspace.

Step outside to the private, fenced backyard—an ideal spot for stargazing or enjoying a cup of coffee among the tall pines. This secure outdoor space is perfect for those traveling with pups. The property also offers a propane grill and outdoor seating for simple meals after a day of adventure.

Located just outside of Flagstaff, the casita is centrally situated for exploring Kachina Village, Sedona, and Lake Mary. Nature is right at your doorstep with National Forest access just steps away, including the Kachina Loop, Kelly Pocket Trail, and Pumphouse Nature Trail, as well as a seasonal creek across the street.
