This residence is thoughtfully configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of quiet, located at the back of the building to ensure peace. It is designed to provide the ultimate hotel suite feeling, featuring soft colors, built-in closets with a desk, and a queen size boxspring bed complete with a custom-made headboard, Egyptian cotton linen, down pillows, and a 240cm duvet. The en-suite bathroom is equally refined, offering a rain shower, two sinks, and a toilet.

The heart of the home is a spacious living area boasting a round marble dining table with four chairs, a Sinclair fauteuil from FEST Amsterdam, and a petrol blue sofa. This comfortable sofa can be converted into a double bed for one or two guests and faces a large TV equipped with streaming services including Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, and built-in Chromecast. Adjacent to the living space is a large Hay colored kitchen featuring a combi-oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and water kettle.

Located in the chique south area of the city center, the apartment is nestled in 't Zuid, a vibrant neighborhood renowned for its haute couture, high fashion, and stunning architecture. Guests are just a 5-minute walk from the KMSKA—the biggest and richest museum of Flanders—and Marnixplaats. The Nationalestraat is within a 10-minute stroll, and the historic center and Grote Markt are reachable within 15 minutes. Trams and buses at the end of the street provide easy access to Antwerp Central Station.
