It is the perfect sanctuary for families and friends seeking a genuine home-away-from-home experience.

Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the layout features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms. To ensure a seamless morning routine, the bathrooms are equipped with two baths and three showers, so nobody has to queue. The living spaces are thoughtfully arranged for group connection, featuring a long table that seats everyone at once, a proper bar with stools, and a lounge to sink into. For those rainy coastal days, the games room provides endless entertainment with air hockey, board games, and a television.

Unwinding is effortless at Maison Martha. Guests can enjoy an outdoor jacuzzi that works all year round or warm up in the sauna after a bracing walk on a cold beach. To make your arrival even smoother, the home utilizes a key box system for a hassle-free check-in with no waiting for handovers.

Located just 750m from the beach and a short walk from the center of Ostend, the house puts you close to all the city's hotspots. Parking is convenient, with the option to unload at the door before using the nearby Kongostraat car park or the free Mercatorlaan park-and-ride located a kilometer away.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (€25 per dog), and a crate is provided for their safety while you dine out.
• House Rules: No smoking indoors. A 2-night minimum stay is required. While birthdays and family celebrations are very welcome, parties with outside guests are not permitted. Please keep the garden quiet after midnight as sound carries over the rooftops.
• Note: Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not provided, though rental options are available. Mattresses include fresh protectors washed between every stay.
