Designed for large groups and family gatherings, the home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed with a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: King bed with access to a Jack and Jill bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed with access to a Jack and Jill bathroom
• Bedroom 4: A kid-friendly space with a Twin-over-Twin daybed and a Twin-over-Full bunk, complete with toys and a TV
• Casita: A private retreat featuring a King bed, private bathroom, and its own kitchenette

Inside, you will find a gourmet kitchen anchored by a massive 10-ft island, ideal for gathering. For entertainment, there is a game room stocked with toys and a rooftop deck offering stunning views of the Four Peaks. Practical Details & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Same-day bookings must be confirmed by 8:00 PM; advance bookings are exempt from this limit)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pool & Spa Heating: Available October-May for an additional $200/night (must be heated for the full stay). Heat runs 8am–4pm for the pool and 4pm–8pm for the spa.
• Policies: No smoking. The renting party must be 25+ years old. A signed rental contract and ID verification are required prior to check-in.
• Pets: Dogs are welcome upon approval with a $75 fee per dog. No cats preferred.
• Security: The property is under video surveillance and utilizes a decibel monitoring system to ensure a peaceful neighborhood environment. This is not a party house.
