Welcome to Stargazing Retreats Homestay! We invite you to open yourself up to adventure and relax under the twinkling lights of the stars and galaxy, and the beautiful glow of the moon in our unique sky pods. Located in Camp Verde, Arizona, this property is perfect for those seeking spiritual reflection, a cool adventure, or simply a night under the vast night sky.

Your stay includes a private bedroom and bathroom for your comfort. To ensure a cozy experience during the colder seasons, a heated blanket is provided within the pod. Whether it is rain or shine, our pods are ready for you; we recommend planning your visit around the moon phases that best suit your preference.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated on 2 acres in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the property benefits from a local low light policy, making it an ideal spot for stargazing. Camp Verde offers a wonderful country feel away from the city. A car is required for transport, but convenience is nearby with Basha's Supermarket, restaurants, and stores just 10 minutes away. In the summer, you can find fresh produce stands right in the neighborhood. Local attractions include a 5-minute drive to Cliff Castle Casino and I-17 Hwy, and short drives to Out of Africa Wildlife Park, Montezuma Castle, and Montezuma Well. Bell Rock Sedona and Cottonwood are approximately 25 minutes away.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Self check-in instructions provided; arrivals after 9 PM are welcome).
• Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Guest Fees: The base rate is based on the guests entered at booking; additional guests are $30 per person, per night.
• Quiet Hours: Please quiet down completely by 10:00 PM.
• Property Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking, vaping, or burning sage, palo santo, or incense. Please leave shoes at the door upon entry.
• Pod Care: Only water is permitted inside the bubble. Do not leave electronics or valuables in the pod as they may be damaged by heat.
• Fees: Early check-in is $30. Late check-out is $30 for the first hour, then the additional night's rate. A $10 convenience fee plus postage applies to left-behind items.
• Other: Luggage storage is not available. No mail or packages may be sent to the private address.
