The main house is a large, single-level open-plan bungalow featuring two large bedrooms—one with a king size bed and another with two singles—each with its own bathroom. The living area is spacious and open, flowing into a mature garden. A second house, inspired by Swahili Lamu style, offers two ground-floor double rooms with queen size beds and a shared bathroom, plus an additional double bed in an open upstairs landing that leads to a veranda living area. The third building, a poolside casita, features a double king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. In total, the property provides 6 bedrooms and 6 beds with 4 bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to 15 guests.

• AC Usage: AC is powered by the grid (not solar) and is charged separately at 40 KSH per KWH.
• Pets: Pets are allowed but are the owner's responsibility. Pets are strictly prohibited from bedrooms and beds. Note that two resident dogs, Fisi and Bendy, live on the property and will not be chained.
