This spacious residence features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a huge King bed with luxurious sheets in the Master Suite, three Queen beds, and one sleeper couch. The Master Suite is further enhanced by its own 55” TV, while the three guestrooms each feature a 43” TV for personalized relaxation.

Step outside to discover a backyard oasis featuring a private pool (not heated), loungers, a BBQ grill, and cooling misters, along with plenty of outdoor seating and shade. Inside, the home is equipped for every need, from board games and yard games for friendly competition to a cozy office space with a desk and chair for those needing to stay connected. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring a toaster, tea kettle, blender, and a dedicated coffee station with a Keurig and provided K-cups.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, you are centrally positioned near the 101 and 202 freeways. You are only minutes away from downtown Chandler and Chandler Mall, and a short drive to major Phoenix Valley attractions. Travel times include approximately 16 minutes to Sloan Park, 19 minutes to Arizona State University, and 20 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

• House Rules: No pets, smoking, or drugs are permitted on the property (violations incur a minimum $700 fee). Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. No unregistered guests are allowed.
• Safety: The pool does not have a protected gate; children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. For added safety, child locks and door alarms are provided on all backyard doors.
• Additional: Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for a fee of up to $75. Highchairs and Pack-n-Plays are available upon request.
