On the main floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms—one King and one with Twin beds that can be converted into a King—offer sliding glass doors opening onto the veranda and attached bathrooms with large tile and stone showers. The second level, accessed via a covered stairway, houses a King bedroom and a Queen/Twin bunk room with a shared bathroom, both featuring AC and sliding glass doors leading to a second 62-foot covered veranda. The heart of the home is a great room with a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, living and dining areas, and a powder room.

Outdoor living is central to the experience, with two massive covered verandas and a third-level secluded salt pool and sundeck surrounded by colorful tropical gardens. Guests can enjoy a large outside gas grill or relax in the new TV and Game Room. For peace of mind, the property is equipped with a Tesla Wall for solar backup power.

Centrally located, the villa serves as a perfect starting point to reach the famous North Shore beaches, the quiet South Shore, and the secluded East End, all while remaining just 9 miles from Cruz Bay.
