This private studio layout features 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom. For additional flexibility, the space also includes a sofa bed that folds out to the same size as the double bed, ensuring a comfortable sleep for guests.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: One small-to-medium dog (up to 15kg) is welcome free of charge. Pets must be toilet trained, shampooed and have nails trimmed prior to arrival. Please bring your own pet food, bowls, medicine, bed, and towels.
• Sustainability: The property uses 100% renewable energy and city-managed spring water. To reduce plastic waste, disposable toothbrushes are not provided; please bring your own.
• Safety: For your safety, do not walk or play under snow-covered roof eaves. Do not leave objects outside during snowfall.
• Note: Due to its proximity to the ski hill, some machinery noise may be audible in the early mornings.
