Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 12 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the terrace / rooftop / patio if available otherwise please find an area outside the premises to do it. Visitors are not allowed. in case you plan on receiving visits please let us know in advance to verify if it is possible to make an exception. The use of drugs or guns is prohibited. Reports of indecency are taken seriously, please maintain a serious demeanor around the premises. To use the elevators please wear clothes and make sure you are fully dry. Our team has an inventory of the property prior to check in, any missing items will be charged to your account.
If we detect the presence of a pet that was not previously notified and admitted to the property, a fine and an additional percentage for deep cleaning will be charged. Pets are not allowed with the exception of service dogs and previously accepted. Children are not allowed to be in the common areas running, screaming or unattended. Please take care of your children. AcoModo is not responsible in case of accidents Please dispose the trash in the designated areas using trash bags, do not litter Do not tamper with the emergency alarms.It is very important that all guests adhere to the policies. Failure to apply any of these rules may result in penalties handed down by the administrators.
