The heart of the house is a fully-stocked kitchen and brunch bar, perfect for preparing a hardy American breakfast. Outside, the property is designed for leisure and enjoyment, featuring a heated pool, a cozy firepit, and a grill for outdoor cooking. Please note that the home is recommended for swimmers, and the pool operates on a preset timer.

• Policies: No parties allowed on site. All hours are quiet hours to respect neighbors. Undisclosed guests will incur a $500 fine per person.
• Smoking: Permitted only in the backyard. Smoking inside the home results in a $500 fine.
