• Pets: One dog (max 25 lbs) allowed with a $150 pet fee; absolutely no cats allowed
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside and outside the premises; a $1,000 fee applies for violations
• Restrictions: No large gatherings and no mailbox access
• Policies: Stays of 21+ days require a $500 utility deposit and are subject to utility caps
• Requirements: Driver’s license and selfie must be submitted via Guest Ranger within 72 hours of booking
