No loud noise is allowed before 9 a.m. or after 10 p.m.
If there are 2 people and you need the sofa bed made, this must be requested before your check-in (price on request), otherwise we will assume that you are a couple and we will only make the bed in the bedroom.
Respect the check in and check-out times:
• Check-in: from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Please provide a check-in at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you need to store your luggage (from 12 noon), let us know in advance.
• Check-out: until 10 am. (If available, we would love to offer a late check-out).
Please take care of the decoration items, furniture, towels / linen and other apartment's equipment. Any doubts handling the apartment's appliances and equipment please do not hesitate to contact us.
Leave all electric appliances turned off, make sure water taps are not running and close all doors and windows before check-out.
We ask guests to leave the dishes and the kitchen clean and empty out the trash, there is always a garbage deposit in the street nearby.
The apartment is cleaned before each arrival. Please, keep the apartment tidy and clean as reasonably possible during all the time of your occupancy. If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please contact us - we will arrange it at an additional cost.
The person that made the reservation will be responsible for any issues during the stay.
