Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. For stays of 10 days or less, a Tourism Contract applies. Stays exceeding 10 days are considered seasonal rentals per Decree Law 9/2024 and require a signed seasonal rental contract. Arrival includes reception, and a permanent multilingual contact person (English, Spanish, Dutch) is available throughout your stay for support. For guests arriving on Sunday, a grocery starter service is available upon request (billed afterward). Private transportation from El Altet, Alicante Airport can also be arranged on request.
