Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog-friendly only (maximum 3 dogs). Dogs must be leashed at all times and may not roam freely on the property.
• Off-Grid Living: This is an off-grid home. Please conserve water (5-minute showers, do not leave taps running). Note that the refrigerator ice maker is non-functional.
• Property Respect: Please do not move furniture, décor, or the grill. Do not approach the other two dwellings on the 10-acre lot.
• Maintenance: The woodstove in the basement is strictly off-limits. The telescope must remain indoors when not in use.
• Trash: All trash must be taken to the large green dumpster at the property entrance.
• Requirements: A refundable $1,000 damage hold or a non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required for all stays.
