You will also find a convenient W/C and a relaxed living area equipped with a Smart TV with app access. Check-in is strictly from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM, though flexibility may be arranged in advance. Access is provided via a secure lock box. Dogs are welcome with an additional fee of £30 and must adhere to specific rules: they must be house-trained, kept strictly downstairs and off soft furnishings, and never left alone in the property. Please note that linen for the sofa bed is provided for an additional charge, and guests should use their own logins for the Smart TV apps.
