Three of the bedrooms are King Size Master suites, each with its own bathroom and custom sliding doors that open directly to the pool. The fourth bedroom is a dedicated kids' bunk room featuring 4 beds and stocked with art supplies and games. For a truly stunning experience, the primary master on the second floor offers rich indigo blue wallpaper and a large deck with a sun-area and day-bed, perfect for listening to the sounds of the ocean and jungle.

The living spaces are intentionally open and airy. A glass wall in the main room leads to a tranquil two-tiered waterfall pool and a professional BBQ area with an outdoor sink. Inside, the gourmet kitchen is equipped with a professional-grade stove and a five-seat island, while the dining table, crafted from a single piece of Guanacaste tree wood, comfortably seats 10. For entertainment, the living room includes a 65" flat-screen Smart TV, and a Sonos sound system maintains a relaxed vibe throughout the property.

Located in Section J, Casa Besos is ideally situated for those who prefer to forgo a rental car. Guests are just a four-minute walk from the beach and within ten minutes of the Bodhi Tree Resort, various surf shops, restaurants, a gym, and a local market.

Important Notes: Guests should be aware that this is a growing community and construction may be occurring nearby. As the home is located in the jungle, guests should expect local insects and may experience occasional unpredictable utility outages regarding electricity, internet, or water pressure (particularly during the dry season from December to April).
