The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, dresser, and closet, while the second bedroom offers a pyramid bunk with a lower bed and upper bunk, along with a TV and storage. Two full bathrooms each provide a bathtub and shower setup with hot water and essentials.

The main living area is anchored by a cozy wood-burning fireplace, two sofas, and a TV, creating a perfect gathering space for downtime between runs. Large windows flood the room with natural light and offer scenic views of the surrounding trees. For meals, the fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, complemented by a dining table and a breakfast bar with stool seating.
