The basement level offers a twin-over-full bunk, two queen beds in the common area, plus a separate queen bedroom, all sharing a full bathroom.

The main floor welcomes you with a warm living room featuring a cozy gas fireplace and expansive views of the Dixie National Forest. Unwind in the comfortable recliner while enjoying your favorite movie. The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary needs, complemented by a dining table for six with irresistible forest views. A convenient half-bathroom completes this level.

The property welcomes house-trained, well-behaved dogs up to 75 pounds (dogs only). Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with checkout at 11:00 AM. Important winter note: 4WD is required from November to April due to mountain conditions, and deck access may be limited during snowy months. Complete grocery shopping before ascending the mountain, as options are very limited locally.
