This expansive layout features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 11 guests. The main bedroom is a sanctuary for rest, featuring a king-sized bed with fresh linens, a mattress protector, blackout curtains, and a spacious walk-in closet. For added convenience, this room includes a smart TV and nightstands equipped with USB chargers. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with trundles, also featuring its own smart TV, a walk-in closet, blackout curtains, and USB charging stations. The living area provides additional versatility with a sofa that transforms into a pull-out bed, plus three roll-out beds available to ensure every guest is comfortable.

Enjoy a variety of thoughtfully provided features throughout the home:

Fully stocked kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, 4-burner stove, and dishwasher

Located on the second floor (no elevator), the apartment offers a relaxing water channel view in the back where you can watch birds flying by. Guest parking is simplified with one designated spot labeled J4, with additional "Guest" spots available at both ends of the building. Please note that original windows have been preserved to maintain the authentic character of the property; while restoration is underway, some windows may not open as intended.

Security: This property features 12 exterior security cameras, on the front, side and back of the building, all facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces. Any intentional attempt to block the cameras will be penalized. See penalty fees below.

Guests: Only confirmed guests are allowed into the unit, so please make sure you add the correct number of guests to your reservation.

Extra Guests: If you have visitors for the day, please let me know prior to their arrival. We charge per guest per night and any non-confirmed guest entering the unit will be charged. See penalty fees below.

Temporary Stay Agreement: A legal agreement must be E-signed before your arrival. Your reservation will be cancelled if you refuse or fail to sign it. A government-issued ID will be required at the moment of signing the Renters Agreement.

-All complaints for cleanliness, missing, broken or dirty items should be addressed through the platform with images and clear statements on your check in date. By not sending them by 23.59 PM of your check in date, you are granting that the unit and everything inside of it is 100% accurate, clean and in good shape.

-Be aware that you are visiting a tropical weather state and you might experience more bugs and insects than in your home state/country. We do pest control services every 30 days inside and outside the units.

-Toiletries are not provided at the home and guests will have to supply their own.

-If you have a full trash bag and want to dispose it there is a HUGE blue dumpster on the left side of the 381 building.

-No smoking

-No pets allowed
- Only Verified Users can book
-Check in is after 4:00 PM and before 9:00 PM

-Check out is before 10 AM

-Quiet Hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

-Subject to availability, there is a fee for a guaranteed early check in or late check out

-No mails are allowed to be sent to the unit without prior approval from the host

-No parties or any types of gatherings allowed.

-The person booking must be 18 years old and above for Airbnb reservations, and 25 years old and above for all other booking platforms, including direct bookings.

-Please be aware that while the images accurately depict the area and features, certain items shown are solely for display and are not included.

Penalties and Extra Fees:

-Any intentional attempt to block the cameras will be penalized with a $500 fee.

-Any non-confirmed guest entering the unit will be charged as a confirmed guest for the entire length of your reservation.

-If you smoke there is a $500 clean up fee

-Unconfirmed guests will be charged $40/night for the entire duration of the reservation

-Unconfirmed pets will be charged $200/pet

-If you don't check out by 10:00 AM, you will be charged a $65 fee for each extra hour you overstay.

-If you overstay more than 3 hours, we charge a 2x daily rate fee and you will have to pay the full refund on any stay that needs to be canceled
- Any attempts to access our securely locked closets will result in a fine of $200.
