Each bedroom is appointed with a brand-new king sized mattress and its own smart TV, while two additional rollout beds are stored in the closet to accommodate up to 7 guests.

The heart of the home is a great room with a large open floor plan and a massive 95-inch smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed to prepare amazing meals, including a Keurig with K-cups for your morning coffee.

Outside, the property transforms into a private sanctuary with panoramic views of the surrounding red cliffs. The fenced backyard boasts desert landscaping, a patio with plenty of outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and a propane fire pit perfect for stargazing and incredible sunsets. Guests can rejuvenate in the private hot tub, which is heated year-round, or enjoy the private pool (heated from April through September).

Located in a new subdivision east of Kanab, this home serves as the perfect "Hub of the Parks." You are centrally positioned for exploring Zion National Park (35 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (81 miles), and the Grand Canyon North Rim (84 miles). Other nearby wonders include the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (12 miles), Peekaboo Slot Canyon (17 miles), and Lake Powell (68 miles).
