The studio features one bedroom and one bathroom, thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The open sleeping and living area is equipped with a plush king bed, two twin bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. Large windows flood the space with natural light and showcase the stunning mountain scenery. For gathering and planning, there is a dining table with seating for six.

Key features of the interior include a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, two portable stovetop burners, and a dual-style coffee maker for both traditional brews and K-Cups (supplies provided). Please note there is no traditional oven. The spacious bathroom is a highlight, featuring a double-sink vanity area separate from the private toilet and an oversized walk-in shower. For added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer with supplies are available on-site.

Outdoor living is central to the experience, with a private hot tub and Traeger BBQ allowing you to relax and cook while enjoying the beautiful setting. The studio is located above a detached garage and is accessed via one flight of stairs. Guests also benefit from designated parking and complimentary EV charging.

Located in Orderville, a town known for its genuine kindness, the property serves as a gateway to breathtaking slot canyons, rappelling, and off-road adventures. While a separate Daybreak Mountain Home is located nearby on the property, the studio maintains a private and peaceful feel with its own entrance.
